This New Year is all about new beginn ings: new goals, new travels, new business ventures, new me! I am not the only one finding myself surrounded by all things new. Many of you have also likely set out some exciting New Year's resolutions. Our main theme this year is health and wellness and with that comes some pretty serious diet changes. Personally, I have always strived to create balance between health and indulgence. I am just not willing to give up the delicious bits of life. So, I have developed a plan where I truly have the best of both worlds. Some close friends are excited to join me for the ride. Follow our progress as we eat right during the week, enjoy indulgence at our weekend dinner parties, have fun and even manage to lose some weight in the process!
