No generic curry powder here! My adventures through Sri Lanka inspired this colourful, mild coconut curry. I loved my time in Sri Lanka, the people I met and how they welcomed me into their kitchens. I have packed this curry with colourful veggies, lentils, legumes and leafy greens, soothing spices and a splash of coconut. This is a mild curry, which can be enjoyed by all. For those who like to spice it up, we've made some amazing sambals and chutneys to serve along side.
OVEN:
Curry & Quinoa: Warm 300F 20-30 min
MICROWAVE:
Transfer to plate, warm 2-3 minutes, or until warm through
