Monday June 16th 6:30pm-9:30pm – Paleo Summertime Sensationals


This class is your secret weapon against all those burger joints and taco bars whose patios will be calling this summer. Be the envy of your friends with these sensational summery dishes. Everyone will want to go Paleo.

In this class we will be preparing:

  • Thai Chicken Satays with Coconut Cashew Dipping Sauce
  • Jerk Pork Burgers with Pineapple Salsa

Cooking your Paleo meals from scratch takes time. Discover my simple and speedy Paleo recipes to save time. 

In this class, we will prepare three mouthwatering, quick and easy dishes, giving you more time to enjoy your activities outdoors too:

  • Coconut Lime Shrimp Stir Fry 
  • Cajun Spice Rub Crusted Salmon Kebabs with Cucumber Slaw
  • Pineapple Cashew Nut Chicken

Monday August 18th 6:30pm-9:00pm - Paleo Breakfasts & Snacks

Breakfasts and Snacks becoming a struggle now that you’re paleo? Getting sick of scrambled eggs? Freshen up your inspiration. In this class, we will create three awesome, flavourful breakfasts that can easily become grab and go items for quick and easy morning Paleo meals:

  • Morning Meatloaf Muffins
  • Breakfast Frittata
  • Paleo Granola with Fresh Fruit and Quinoa “Oatmeal”

What’s Included in Each Cooking Class:

Gather around my dinner table with new friends in the Say-She-Ate Cooking Studio for a night of culinary fun. You’ll adore this unique kitchen setting and my small class sizes (2-8), which keeping the evening intimate and personable. Each class includes:

  • All the recipes, Chef Amy’s tips and tricks
  • Snacks upon arrival
  • Hands-on preparations of our meal
  • Dinner and Drinks (did I mention there's wine??)
  • Yummy extras packed up for your lunches
  • Good fun, new friends, and always some special surprises too!

Class Cost:

$135/class for an individual class *OR $85 if you book by June 9th* $120each/class when you bring a friend *OR $75 before June 9th* $85/class if you book 2 or more *or $75 before June 9th*
